PROSKU AI is a platform combining PROSKU Studio (a digital creation agency) and PROSKU Academy (an AI-creation school). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights over it.
2. Data we collect
Depending on your use: your name and email address (account creation or quote request); your country (detected automatically from your IP address, for our statistics); the content you publish (projects, messages, community posts); and the technical information needed for the site to work. We never store your card details: payments are processed directly by Stripe.
3. How we use your data
To create and manage your account, handle your quote requests and projects, send you activity-related emails (confirmation, project updates, waitlist), keep the platform secure, and improve our services. We don't use your data for advertising and never sell it.
4. Trusted providers
We rely on well-established providers: Supabase (database hosting and authentication, Europe region), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (site hosting), and Anthropic (AI assistant). Each processes your data only for its specific service.
5. AI assistant
Our AI advisors and mentors analyze the content you submit (project descriptions, assignments) to respond to you. These exchanges are used only to provide the service and are not used to train models.
6. Cookies
We use only cookies essential to functionality (keeping you signed in, securing your sessions). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
7. Your rights

We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations (billing in particular). You can request deletion at any time.
