Terms of Use

1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of PROSKU AI, which combines PROSKU Studio (digital creation services) and PROSKU Academy (AI-creation training). By using the platform, you accept these terms.
2. Account
Registration is required to follow the courses. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your access confidential. For a Studio quote request, no account is required: a secure link lets you access your project.
3. Studio services
A quote request is free and non-binding. Starting a project requires a non-refundable deposit, which triggers production. The balance is paid at delivery, after a testing phase in a private environment. Final deliverables can be downloaded once the balance is paid.
4. Academy subscriptions
Courses are available by subscription. Some plans offer a free trial: a card is required but no amount is charged before the trial ends. Unless canceled before the deadline, the subscription renews automatically and is charged each period until cancellation.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your workspace. During a free trial, cancellation is immediate and ends access. For a paid subscription, access remains active until the end of the period already paid, then closes automatically.
6. Payments
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. PROSKU AI stores no card details. Prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
7. Ownership and content
The deliverables of a Studio project become yours once full payment is made. Course content (videos, materials) remains the property of PROSKU AI: it is available by streaming for the duration of your subscription and is not downloadable. You keep the rights to the content you publish, granting us the right to display it on the platform.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to publish illegal or offensive content or content that infringes others' rights, and not to disrupt the platform's operation. We may suspend an account in case of breach.
9. Liability
We do our utmost to provide a reliable, high-quality service, without being able to guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.
